03q Terms & Conditions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows—

• "Platform" refers to the 03q website and all associated services.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any person who holds an account on 03q.
• "Services" refers to slots, live casino, football, crash games, Sic Bo, and any other games available on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, credits, or rewards given by 03q to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times you must play through your bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal.
• "Currency" refers to deposit and withdrawal transactions conducted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks).

Each player may open only one account on the 03q platform. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of those accounts will be suspended and closed, and any funds in them will not be returned.

You must provide complete and accurate personal details when registering an account. When a withdrawal is requested, 03q may ask you to verify your identity using a passport or national ID card. Withdrawals may be restricted on accounts registered with incorrect information.

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. 03q is not liable for any losses that result from a third party gaining access to your account. If your login details are lost or you notice any unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

The 03q platform is open to players aged 21 and above only. We do not allow anyone under 21 to access or play on the platform. By logging in, a player confirms that they are 21 or older. If we are unsure, we may request proof of age, and the account will be suspended if that proof cannot be provided.

Deposits on 03q can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using a third party's payment method may be declined and returned.

• For any method, minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 10–45 minutes

When requesting a withdrawal, players must complete identity verification and must withdraw to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are only permitted once the Wagering Requirement for any bonus funds has been met. 03q cannot be held fully responsible for delays caused by changes to payment methods.

All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). Any government taxes or fees arising on the player's side (if applicable) are the player's own responsibility.

On your first deposit at 03q, you will receive a 120% welcome bonus (up to 300,000 Ks). To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a 15× Wagering Requirement on the bonus amount.

• The eligible games for each bonus may vary and will be stated alongside the bonus offer.
• You should not attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the Wagering Requirement is met — doing so may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• Each bonus can be claimed once per account. Accounts accessed from the same household, IP address, or device may all be treated as a single person.
• If bonus abuse is detected on an account that has claimed a bonus at the time of a withdrawal request, 03q may revoke that bonus.

When you refer a friend using your referral link, you will receive 10% of your friend's first deposit (up to 20,000 Ks) as a bonus, plus 0.3% of your friend's valid wager amount as a weekly commission.

03q uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play for all players. Results in every game are not predetermined.

If a technical bug results in an incorrect payout, that payout may be voided. Players must report any such findings to 03q customer support immediately.

If a game is interrupted due to an internet disconnection, the remaining balance for that game will be held and play can resume once the connection is restored. 03q is not responsible for any losses resulting from connection issues.

03q's VIP program has 5 tiers. Players can move up based on their playing history and wagering volume—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP cashback will be credited to the player's account every week. This bonus cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is met. 03q reserves the right to change the VIP tier payment structure, and any changes will be announced on the platform.

Players are not permitted to do any of the following—

• Bonus Abuse / Bonus Hunting
• Money Laundering activities
• Using software bots or automation tools
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities for gain
• Using another person's funds or bank account
• Sharing your account login credentials with a third party
• Attempting to bypass 03q's network security

If any of the above violations are found, 03q may immediately close the account and forfeit funds without prior notice.

03q protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and secure servers. You can read the details of how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of delivering 03q's services and will not be sold to third parties.

03q may immediately close an account without prior notice in the following situations—

• When a violation of any section of these terms is found
• When false personal information is discovered
• When money laundering is suspected
• When a player requests closure of their own account

03q is not responsible for the following—

• Financial losses arising from the player's own decisions
• Issues caused by poor internet connectivity on the player's end
• Issues caused by third-party software malfunctions
• Losses arising from the player's own mishandling of their login credentials

03q will do its best to maintain smooth platform operation, but access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, and this will be announced in advance.

03q reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an announcement of changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

If a dispute arises between a player and 03q for any reason, it can be resolved by contacting our 24/7 Live Chat customer service or by emailing [email protected]. For matters not covered by these terms, 03q's decision will be considered final.
